THESE LAMPS HAVE ALMOST NO ILLUMINATION VALUE. I HAVE 2 ON EACH END OF MY 80 FT DRIVE AND CAN BARLY SEE THEM. THEY ARE MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC AND I BROKE ONE OF THE HOLD DOWN STAKES TRYING TO PUT IT INTO TH GROUND ANOTHER ONE BROKE THE POST AT THE CONNECTION POINT. WILL NOT BUY THES AGAIN!

I read the directions before installing the lights, which instruct you to have the lights remain off for about three days in the sunlight before turning them on. Even though I did this, the lights only remain useful for about three hours even in the flash mode. I would like to find lamps that will provide light throughout the night, but guess technology isn't available yet.
