I bought these to add a little light under some of my trees. They work pretty well giving just enough light to highlight the trees but don't expect them to light up an area. These are good for marking a walkway as well. The light is a bit purplish. It contains 1 led and the materials used seem to be worthy of taking the elements (sun and rain where I live). A good buy for the price.

I had to have three of them replaced and sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It's not a matter of sun because it's been very hot and sunny every day. They look very nice though, I just don't expect they will last.
